Calsep PVTSim Nova

What is PVTsim Nova - the main version of the PVT simulator from Calsep, designed for a wide range of tasks: modeling the phase behavior of reservoir fluids, drawing up equations of state (EoS), regression of PVT data, calculation of phase shells and other thermodynamic properties. Includes Base, PVT Simulation & Regression modules, and others depending on the package. Supports equations of state (EoS) such as SRK, PR, as well as more complex models (GERG-2008, PC-SAFT) for heavy fluids. Can be integrated with other simulators (flow, process), there is an API (“Open Structure”) that allows you to call PVT models from external code. CCS is a module specifically designed for Carbon Capture & Storage applications. It includes models and functions specific to CO₂-rich systems: CO₂ solubility in brine, pH phase diagrams, CO₂ hydrates, hydrates.
