Dlubal PLATE-BUCKLING

PLATE-BUCKLING is intended for the calculation of buckling of rectangular slabs in accordance with the following standards: EN 1993-1-5:2006, DIN 18800-3:1990-11 Plates can be reinforced with horizontal or vertical stiffeners (e.g. flat slabs, angles, T-shaped stiffeners, trapezoidal stiffeners, channels). The load at the slab boundaries can be applied in several directions and imported from the main RFEM/RSTAB program. When calculating slab buckling in RF-/PLATE-BUCKLING, the total buckling of the slab is always taken into account, since in this case the potential stiffeners are taken into account in the 3D FE model. Thus, buckling calculations for individual parts (c/t) or sections of the slab are issued. PLATE-BUCKLING can function independently or as an add-on module to RFEM and RSTAB.
