022 Dlubal SHAPE-THIN v9.15.01 SHAPE-THIN determines the characteristics of open, closed, composite and unconnected thin-walled sections, performs stress calculations and plasticity calculations. SHAPE-THIN provides an interface option with RFEM and RSTAB: SHAPE-THIN sections are available in frame and FEM software libraries, and vice versa, it is possible to import and calculate internal forces from RSTAB and RFEM into SHAPE-THIN. Calculation data can be specified graphically, in tabular form, or imported as a DXF file. SHAPE-THIN contains an extensive library of weldment and parametric section types. They can be combined or supplemented with new elements. You can model sections consisting of different materials.
