Forming Suite is the software package for sheet metal forming. OEMs and suppliers worldwide use Forming Suite to optimize the design, feasibility and costing of sheet metal components. Forming Suite is a modular application for analyzing the manufacturability of parts produced by sheet stamping and optimizing the cutting of metal strip. Forming Suite consists of modules united by a simple common interface and intended for designers, technologists and standardizers. Forming Suite modules allow you to: quickly calculate the shape of a development; predict possible manufacturing problems: the formation of tears or folds, shrinkage of the material; determine the final shape of the part, taking into account the springing of the metal; analyze the die geometry and calculate the stamping force; optimize cutting of strip blanks; calculate the costs for each product.
