LVMFlow is a professional solution for foundry technology developers. Modern foundry technologies now make it possible to produce high-quality castings of very complex configurations that require virtually no additional processing. However, the costs of their production remain high. The use of high-tech technologies, in particular, computer modeling systems of physical and chemical processes occurring during the formation of a casting, allows, on the one hand, to move to castings of more and more complex shapes, using an increasingly larger range of alloys, on the other hand, to reduce the cost of debugging the technology, replacing a full-scale experiment with a computational one. Modern computer modeling programs based on physical theories of thermal, diffusion, hydrodynamic and deformation phenomena are able to adequately reflect the picture of physical and chemical processes.
